Reporting to the Associate Director of Business Development for IP and the Senior BD Manager, you will coordinate pitches, proposals, market research, and knowledge management, ensuring materials meet firm standards and deliver high-quality client service. The position offers hybrid work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in professional services and/or business-to-business marketing, with preference for law firms or similar settings.
• Willingness to provide onsite support for firm events and travel.
• Familiarity with intellectual property law preferred.
• Collateral and proposal management experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong MS Office, CRM, document management, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a team and pull resources across service lines.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and deadline management.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and be action- and results-oriented.
• Willing to gain in-depth working knowledge of legal topics through ongoing learning.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate pitches, proposals, and customized presentations; manage attorney input and formatting.
• Conduct target client and practice area research to support BD activities.
• Capture IP-related experience and knowledge for proposals, pitches, and RFPs.
• Assist with Chambers/Legal 500 submissions by coordinating with partners.
• Manage external marketing mailings and time-sensitive alerts.
• Maintain CRM lists and reflect events in the master marketing calendar.
• Coordinate events: seminars, webinars, client dinners, speaking engagements, sponsorships.
• Provide reporting to the Manager and support cross-department knowledge sharing.
