Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator based in Atlanta or Washington, DC. This role supports IP marketing and firmwide initiatives, coordinating pitches, proposals, events, and materials to boost visibility and client engagement.

Reporting to senior managers, you will manage research, collateral updates, and CRM-driven communications, with travel for key events as needed. The firm offers hybrid schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional services marketing; law firm experience preferred.
• Willingness to provide onsite support for major events and travel as needed.
• Familiarity with intellectual property law preferred.
• Collateral and proposal management experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, communication and follow-up skills are essential.
• Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, document management systems, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Coordinate Pitch And Proposal Creation, Market And Competitive Research, Collateral Updates, And Knowledge Management—primarily For The IP Department, And For Other Practices As Needed.
• Coordinate Region-specific Initiatives—primarily For The East Coast Offices—with support for other regions; maintain internal communication and alignment on market-facing activities.
• Coordinate a wide range of events and initiatives, including seminars, webinars, client presentations, dinners and receptions, and sponsorships.
• Manage event logistics, setup, vendor management, and on-site contact; some travel may be required.
• Maintain CRM lists, ensure events are reflected in the master calendar, and provide timely reporting to managers.
• Collaborate across departments and outside agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
