Job summary

Polsinelli PC's Marketing department seeks an experienced marketing and business development professional to support Intellectual Property and Life Sciences & Technology initiatives in a dynamic, firm-wide environment. You will collaborate with department leadership to deepen client relationships, increase market visibility, and drive growth through BD programs, RFP responses, and targeted campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of marketing and/or business development experience in legal or professional services.
• Experience supporting IP, Life Sciences, Technology practices encouraged.
• Strong professionalism and ability to analyze trends.
• Creative, proactive thinker with execution skills.
• Excellent project management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of practice groups, attorneys, and client base to expand relationships and brand.
• Support development and execution of business development initiatives and events.
• Assist with RFP and pitch responses and maintain proposal tracking.
• Leverage data for targeted BD efforts, client segmentation, and opportunities.
• Ensure marketing content is accurate and up-to-date across channels.
• Coordinate and support internal and client-facing events with the events team.
• Draft content for external submissions and gather client permissions.
• Track experience data and ensure it can be leveraged for pitches.
• Monitor client contacts in InterAction and assist with the marketing budget.
