Job summary

Polsinelli PC's Marketing department seeks an experienced, proactive marketing and business development professional to support the Intellectual Property and Life Sciences and Technology industry initiatives. You will collaborate with department leadership and stakeholders across the firm to deepen client relationships and increase market visibility.

The role involves developing and executing business development programs, managing proposals, supporting events, and producing thought leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years in marketing and/or business development in legal or professional services.
• Experience supporting IP, Life Sciences, Technology practices encouraged.
• Strong communication, project management, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand department focus, attorneys, and client base to expand relationships and brand.
• Develop and execute BD initiatives, programs, events, and strategies.
• Support RFPs and pitch materials and maintain proposal tracking.
• Leverage firm data for client targeting and opportunity analysis.
• Ensure content is accurate and up-to-date (bios, web pages, materials).
• Coordinate events with the firm events team and budgets.
