Job summary

Polsinelli PC seeks a proactive marketing and business development professional to support the Intellectual Property and Life Sciences/Technology practices. You will collaborate with department leadership to deepen client relationships, increase visibility, and drive firm growth.

The role involves developing BD initiatives, supporting RFPs, drafting materials, and leveraging firm data to target clients and opportunities across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4+ years marketing and/or business development in a legal or professional services setting.
• Experience supporting IP/Life Sciences/Technology practices is a plus.
• Strong professionalism with ability to communicate market trends and insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of departments, attorneys, clients and industry focuses to grow relationships and brand awareness.
• Support BD initiatives, events, programs and strategies for departments and industries, independently or with Senior Department Marketing Manager.
• Assist RFPs and pitch responses and create tailored materials; maintain proposal tracking.
• Leverage firm data for client targeting, segmenting, and opportunity analysis to drive growth.
