Qualifications

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with deadlines.
• Experience working in an IP focused law firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end intake of new IP matters.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as primary point of contact for intake-related questions.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and process improvement.
• Support audits and system enhancements related to FoundationIP.
