Job summary

Polsinelli PC is seeking an experienced IP Docket Specialist to manage domestic and international patent and trademark deadlines across client portfolios.

You will maintain knowledge of USPTO, PCT, and international rules, use CPi docketing software, and prepare client reports while prioritizing multiple projects in a busy law firm environment.

The position is full-time with competitive salary of $75,000–$95,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IP docketing experience in a law firm environment.
• CPi software experience preferred and strong MS Office skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IP docketing for patent and trademark deadlines.
• Navigate USPTO, PCT and international rules and databases.
• Prepare client portfolio reports and assist with transfers.
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Support with official communications and document handling.
