Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher.
• 5+ years of related experience in IP law or patent prosecution.
• Excellent drafting and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage docket and patent prosecution for assigned client portfolios.
• Coordinate invention harvesting meetings and prosecution tasks with client and team.
• Prepare and circulate reports to clients and outside counsel or vendors for USPTO notices.
• Draft patent prosecution templates and file with USPTO electronically.
• Compile and file US patent applications with USPTO.
• Review patents for errors and expiration dates and update accordingly.
