Qualifications

• 5+ years IP Docketing experience in a law firm environment.
• Prior experience managing high-volume client portfolios.
• College degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of IP prosecution rules (USPTO, PCT, international).
• Docket IP deadlines for client portfolios and distribute communications as needed.
• Navigate patent/trademark databases to verify details and retrieve documents.
