Job summary

A global legal services provider is looking for a full-time Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal in Pittsburgh. This role involves managing patent and trademark docketing, ensuring deadlines are met, and assisting with correspondence related to U.S. and international IP prosecution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal services environment, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The salary range is $50,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of intellectual property experience in a legal services environment.
• Ability to interpret rules and instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review, docket, and distribute correspondence from USPTO and WIPO.
• Monitor daily docket reports to ensure all deadlines are tracked.
• Conduct monthly status checks of pending patent and trademark matters.
