Qualifications

• 2+ years US and foreign docketing experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. Patent and Trademark filing procedures.
• Must exercise good judgment with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate the computerized docketing system.
• Entry of data relating to patent cases and maintain data integrity.
• Clear due dates as instructed by Attorneys/Assistants.
