Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Legal Counsel, Intellectual Property to advise on IP matters across its AI cloud platform, software, and data center infrastructure. You will manage trademark/brand matters, negotiate IP terms in contracts, and help build playbooks while working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams.

Reporting to the MD & Associate GC, Technology, IP & Product, you will protect the IP portfolio, oversee filings, and guide cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IP practice experience with a law firm, in-house, or government agency
• Strong knowledge of US trademark law; general patent and copyright knowledge
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ideally marketing, events, media, or brand-related
• Ability to manage a high volume of matters and prioritize across multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage CoreWeave's trademark and domain name portfolio and direct outside counsel on filings
• Monitor for infringement and handle brand protection and takedowns
• Draft, negotiate, and review marketing, events, and brand agreements
• Review materials for IP, advertising, and legal risk
• Develop IP playbooks, templates, and intake processes; train partners
• Support IP team with invention disclosures, subpoenas, and litigation coordination
