Job summary

CoreWeave seeks an Associate General Counsel, Product Regulatory to shape the legal framework for products in a fast-growing AI cloud platform. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Privacy, AI, and Security teams to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable regulatory controls.

You will advise leadership on global regulatory matters, drafts, disclosures, and compliance programs, and lead major regulatory inquiries to enable responsible innovation at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience counseling complex technology products.
• Experience as senior legal advisor to Product and Engineering leaders.
• Deep expertise in AI, privacy, cybersecurity, data protection, or digital-services regulation.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature product regulatory governance, including review processes, policies, and training.
• Lead legal review of products, AI capabilities, data uses, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Embed privacy by design, responsible AI, security, and data governance into product development.
• Advise on supply chain and global operations regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with Commercial Legal on disclosures, documentation, and marketing claims.
• Monitor and interpret US and international product laws; advise on roadmaps and market entry.
• Lead regulatory inquiries, audits, and engagements; coordinate cross-functional responses.
