D2 Government Solutions is seeking an IOTA Senior Transition Planner for the Department of Veterans Affairs warehouse initial outfitting, transition and activation (IOTA) project in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Plan the transition from existing operations to new-facility operations
• Prepare detailed implementation plans and move plans for each impacted department, including setup and relocation execution.
• Develop and maintain transition concepts of operations
• Coordinate delivery and installation
• Update move plans

Qualifications

• Experience in transition planning AND relocation services on multiphase projects.
• Experience in conceptual advance planning and identification of occupancy milestones.
• Experience in planning, move sequencing, preparation and setup.
• Experience in preparation of detailed move plans for EACH impacted department and hands-on relocation execution.
