Job summary

Claxton Logistics Services, LLC seeks an experienced IOTA Activation Project Manager to support the VA Martinsburg, WV warehouse project. You will lead Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation activities, coordinating with the VA Activation Team and multiple stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires strong project management skills, Federal facilities experience, and the ability to meet VA security requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Project Manager in lead role on space-related projects
• Experience in initial outfitting, transitioning, and activating (IOTA) Federal facilities
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to meet VA personnel-security and system-access requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-planning and activation with VA Activation Team
• Develop and maintain Activation Integrated Master Schedule (AIMS)
• Support IPT with charter, agendas, minutes, and actions
• Maintain WBS, risk register, and change log using OCAMS tools
• Prepare monthly status reports on progress, milestones, risks, staffing and acquisitions
• Coordinate with COR, VA PM, Resident Engineer, design team and contractor
• Coordinate FF&E planning and procurement packages and timelines
• Integrate CONOPS and Day in the Life readiness into the activation schedule
• Manage deliverable quality, version control, and SharePoint repository
• Oversee relocation, installation, acceptance, punch-list and post-occupancy turnover
