Job summary

Grant Leading Technology seeks an experienced IOTA Activation Project Manager to lead complex Federal facility activation, outfitting, and transition projects. You will oversee the full lifecycle, coordinating design and construction schedules, and leading Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) with government stakeholders.

This on-site role in Martinsburg, WV runs 8 am to 5 pm EST and requires NCIDQ certification plus 5+ years in IOT&A/space-related projects; ability to pass a government background

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field required.
NCIDQ certification required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager over space-related or facility projects; experience with IOT&A Federal facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead overall execution of initial outfitting, transition, and activation (IOT&A) activities for Federal facilities; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery per government standards.
Drive activation milestones from planning to vendor installation, user transition, and project closeout.
Form, facilitate, and lead User Groups and IPTs to align stakeholder needs with project objectives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, or relevant field
