Job summary

D2 Government Solutions is seeking an IOTA Activation Project Manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs warehouse initial outfitting, transition and activation project in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The role requires hands-on leadership of project planning, scheduling and coordination with VA stakeholders to ensure timely outfitting, testing and activation of space and infrastructure.

Experience with IOT&A federal facilities is preferred and a track record of coordinating complex interfaces

Qualifications

Experience as a Project Manager in lead role on space-related projects.
Experience in initial outfitting, transitioning and activating (IOT&A) federal facilities.
Demonstrated experience with administrative infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning and coordinate user groups, the integrated project team, installation activities and project closeout with VA stakeholders.
Build and maintain the Activation Integrated Master Schedule (AIMS).
Track dependencies and suspense dates, report schedule changes promptly, and prepare revised schedules for Government approval.
Develop and maintain project status reports.
Coordinate design, acquisition, outfitting and construction interfaces.
