Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Test Engineering Manager in Boca Raton to lead end-to-end validation of IoT and computer vision products. The role focuses on embedded systems testing, test automation, and cross-functional collaboration across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud components.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in validation, strong leadership, and a proven track record building scalable validation programs for complex connected devices. Hybrid work options are available in the US.

Qualifications

You must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
7+ years in product validation, systems engineering, or related.
Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional validation programs.
Experience validating embedded systems and hardware–firmware interfaces.
Experience developing automated testing frameworks.
Strong troubleshooting and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Test & Validation team.
Own validation across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, and connectivity.
Partner with global R&D to define validation plans and release criteria.
Ensure system integration testing across onboarding, telemetry, data flow and workflows.
Monitor performance against quality and reliability metrics and identify improvements.
Drive root-cause analysis across R&D, Product, Manufacturing, and Field teams.
Own validation dashboards and executive progress reports.
Provide Go/No-Go recommendations for pilot and scale readiness.
