AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead validation of IoT and computer vision products. You will drive end-to-end validation across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, and customer workflows in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in validation, strong test automation experience, and proven leadership. Hybrid work option in Dallas, TX, with opportunities to mentor engineers and influence product readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product validation, systems engineering, integration testing, or quality engineering.
• Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional validation programs.
• Experience validating complex connected products.
• Strong understanding of system-level integration, reliability, regression, performance, and field validation.
• Experience defining validation strategies, test plans, release criteria, and metrics.
• Hybrid availability in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Test & Validation team.
• Own product validation across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, connectivity and workflows.
• Partner with global R&D to define validation plans and release criteria.
• Ensure system testing across onboarding, telemetry, connectivity, data flow and performance.
• Monitor product performance and identify trends to improve reliability.
• Drive root-cause analysis across multiple teams.
• Own validation dashboards and executive reports.
• Lead final validation reviews and Go/No-Go decisions.
