AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead validation of IoT and computer vision products in a hybrid Dallas, TX role. You will steer validation strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, and drive readiness for pilots and large-scale deployments.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in validation, embedded systems testing, and strong leadership, with experience in automated testing and data-driven readiness decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product validation, systems engineering, integration testing, quality engineering, or product development.
• Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional validation programs.
• Experience validating embedded systems (hardware–firmware integration, device functionality, interfaces).
• Experience developing automated testing frameworks to improve coverage and regression testing.
• Experience with IoT, edge devices, computer vision, or large-scale connected-device deployments (desirable).
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Test & Validation team.
• End-to-End Validation: Own product validation across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, connectivity, and customer workflows.
• Validation Strategy: Define validation plans, test coverage, release criteria with global R&D teams.
• System Integration Testing: Ensure testing across device onboarding, telemetry, connectivity, data flow, and customer workflows.
• Performance & Reliability: Monitor product performance against quality and reliability metrics.
• Troubleshooting & Risk Management: Identify gaps and drive root-cause analysis across multiple teams.
• Readiness Reporting: Own validation dashboards and executive reports showing progress and risks.
• Launch Readiness: Lead final validation reviews and Go/No-Go decisions for pilots.
