Qualifications

• 7+ years in validation or related fields.
• Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional programs.
• Experience validating embedded systems.
• Experience defining validation strategies and release criteria.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with IoT/edge devices or large-scale deployments.
• Hybrid availability in Dallas, TX.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Test & Validation team.
• Own product validation across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, connectivity, and customer workflows.
• Define validation plans and release criteria with global R&D.
• Ensure end-to-end system integration testing across devices and data flows.
• Monitor product performance against quality and reliability metrics.
• Lead risk management with structured root-cause analysis.
• Maintain validation dashboards and executive reports.
• Provide Go/No-Go recommendations for pilots and scale deployments.
