AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead validation of IoT and computer vision products from hardware to cloud. You will build and guide a high-performing team, define validation plans, and drive strategic testing across complex systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in validation, QA, or product development with leadership experience.
• Experience validating embedded and IoT systems across hardware/software.
• Proven ability to define test plans, metrics, and release criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Test & Validation team across hardware, firmware, software and cloud.
• Own validation plans, coverage, performance targets, and release criteria.
• Drive system integration testing, telemetry, data flow and workflows.
• Monitor quality metrics and risks; lead root-cause analyses.
• Produce validation dashboards for executives and stakeholders.
• Provide Go/No-Go decisions for pilots and deployments.
• Mentor engineers and set clear priorities and accountability.
