AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead validation of IoT and computer vision products. You will manage a cross-functional team responsible for end-to-end validation across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, and customer workflows.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in validation/engineering, strong leadership, and experience with embedded systems and automation frameworks. Hybrid work options available, based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product validation, systems engineering, integration testing, quality engineering, or product development.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and complex cross-functional validation programs.
• Experience validating embedded systems, including hardware–firmware integration, device functionality, interfaces, and system-level performance.
• Test automation experience with automated testing frameworks to improve coverage and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Test & Validation team.
• Own product validation across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, connectivity, and customer workflows.
• Define validation plans, test coverage, integration checkpoints, performance targets, and release criteria.
• Ensure complete system testing across device onboarding, telemetry, connectivity, data flow, and customer workflows.
• Own validation dashboards and executive reports showing progress, defects, trends, and launch readiness.
• Provide Go/No-Go recommendations for pilot and scale deployments.
