Job summary

Queclink in Temecula, CA is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the U.S. Field Applications team. You will support deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Queclink's telematics and networking solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in technical support or field applications, and a solid foundation in networking, hardware, and customer communication. This on-site role offers growth within a global IoT leader and travel as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years in technical support or field applications.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or IT.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, VPNs, routers, and cellular tech.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Queclink hardware and telematics products.
Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, connectivity, and configuration issues via phone, email, and remote tools.
Replicate customer environments and test to resolve issues.
Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
Assist with setup, configuration, and deployment best practices.
Support proof-of-concept projects and customer onboarding.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for internal and customer use.
Deliver customer training sessions and product demonstrations as needed.
Provide feedback to improve product performance and customer experience.
Travel to customer sites or events as needed.
