Queclink, a global IoT hardware and connectivity leader, seeks a Technical Support Engineer in Temecula, CA. You will support deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of telematics and networking solutions for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related technical field.
• 2+ years in technical support, field applications, networking, IoT, or related role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Queclink hardware, GPS tracking, and networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, connectivity, and configuration issues via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Reproduce customer environments and test to identify/resolve issues.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
• Assist with product setup, configuration, and deployment best practices.
• Support proof-of-concept projects and customer onboarding activities.
• Document processes and solutions for internal and customer use.
• Conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations as needed.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering to improve performance.
