Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs. Candidates with additional relevant experience, specialized technical expertise, or advanced qualifications may be considered for compensation outside of the posted range.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing U.S. Field Applications team in Temecula, California. This role serves as a critical technical resource for customers, partners, and internal teams, supporting the deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Queclink's telematics, GPS tracking, and networking solutions.
This position is ideal for someone with approximately 2+ years of experience in technical support, field applications engineering, networking, telecommunications, or IoT technologies who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, and collaborating with global engineering and product teams.
