Job summary

TEAL is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our sales organization as the technical brain for the deal cycle. You will lead technical discovery, architect end-to-end solutions using our eSIM and connectivity platform, and deliver tailored demonstrations and PoCs to complex customer use cases.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, support the RFP process, and act as the voice of the customer to shape product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Strong, practical understanding of the cellular and mobile ecosystem (MNOs, MVNOs, 3GPP standards).
• Deep technical knowledge of eSIM architecture and GSMA SGP.02/SGP.32 provisioning flows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team to secure the technical win.
• Architect and design solutions using eSIM, connectivity, and management platform.
• Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and PoCs for customer evaluations.
• Escalate and troubleshoot complex issues with Support and Engineering; provide field feedback for product roadmap.
