Job summary

uAvionix is seeking an Implementation Specialist – Customer Success to lead the deployment and integration of IoT solutions for aviation applications. You will manage field installations, configure equipment, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role requires hands-on hardware installation, network configuration, and project execution in dynamic aviation environments, including ATC towers and aircraft tracking.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Networking, Aviation, or related field.
• 3–5 years in technical implementation, field service, or customer success.
• Experience installing hardware in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Aviation, IoT, or telecommunications experience a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process, ensuring a smooth deployment.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Maintain open communication with customers to meet requirements and exceed expectations.
• Develop site designs for installation and document detailed SOWs for third-party vendors.
• Perform final quality tests and inspections of third-party installations.
