Job summary

uAvionix is seeking an Implementation Specialist – Customer Success for remote/field-based deployments in aviation networks. You will lead end-to-end installations of IoT devices, manage field teams and subcontractors, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance across air traffic control towers and related facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in technical implementation, field service or customer success.
• Experience installing hardware in indoor/outdoor environments is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers during implementation.
• Manage end-to-end projects including scheduling and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Develop site design and document SOW for vendors.
• Perform site surveys and on-site installations of IoT devices.
• Oversee subcontractors for electrical, fiber optic, and network work.
• Provide on-site and remote support and troubleshooting.
• Produce documentation of configurations and best practices.
