Job summary

AireSpring, a leading provider of Cloud Communications, Managed Connectivity and Managed Security, is seeking a mid-level Implementation Project Manager for IoT and connectivity deployments. This remote US-based role focuses on coordinating enterprise IoT, mobile connectivity, and device deployment projects rather than hands-on engineering.

You will manage timelines, client communication, project documentation, risks, and coordination across internal engineering, product, carriers, and support

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing customer-facing implementation projects.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Experience coordinating technical teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage timelines, risks, and client updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and action items
• Coordinate activities among clients, engineering, product, carriers, and support teams
• Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
• Support device, SIM, and connectivity deployment activities
• Maintain project documentation and implementation records
• Escalate blockers and ensure timely resolution
• Assist with post-deployment reviews and customer follow-up
