Job summary

Kaleidoscope Innovation is seeking an experienced Technical Configuration Engineer to support a Pfizer IoT deployment. The role focuses on Kode OS per-site configuration, Nook support, and integrating building data sources across Smart Spaces and energy modules.

You will work remotely with occasional travel to customer sites, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document configurations, and troubleshoot Tier-2 issues to ensure reliable deployment and ongoing operation.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical configuration, systems integration, or related fields.
Hands-on Kode OS per-site configuration experience.
Working knowledge of Nook and supporting Nook installations.
Experience with BMS or building automation technologies.
IoT deployments, smart spaces, or energy-focused integrations.

Responsibilities

Perform Kode OS per-site configuration for Smart Spaces and IoT projects.
Provide on-site support for Nook installations including configuration and troubleshooting.
Configure and onboard building data sources and backfill historical data.
Support On → Energy module integration and energy data configurations.
Troubleshoot Tier-2 issues and design practical integration workarounds.
Document configurations, issues, resolutions, and procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve deployment challenges and validate systems.
