Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical configuration or systems integration experience.
• Hands-on with Kode OS per-site configuration.
• Experience with Nook installations.
• Strong background in BMS or building automation.
• Experience with IoT deployments and Smart Spaces.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Ability to troubleshoot and design integration workarounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform Kode OS per-site configuration for Smart Spaces and IoT.
• Provide on-site support for Nook installations and validation.
• Configure and onboard building data sources and backfill.
• Assist Energy module integration and related data configurations.
• Tier-2 troubleshoot technical and system issues.
• Design workarounds for BMS limitations or integration challenges.
• Validate data connectivity and system functionality across sites.
• Document configurations and implementation procedures.
• Support deployment and operation of Smart Spaces and IoT across customer sites.
