The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, active North Carolina licensure, and at least 3 years post-licensure experience, including supervision in IOP/SAIOP or related outpatient settings.

• Review treatment plans, assessments, progress reviews, and discharge documentation.
• Oversee admissions, transitions, referrals, and discharge planning.
• Monitor program effectiveness and service delivery.
• Promote confidentiality, ethical care, and professional accountability.
