Qualifications

• Master's degree is required and licensure is expected or eligible for supervision in North Carolina.
• Experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, or outpatient counseling settings is required.
• Experience facilitating therapeutic groups and knowledge of addiction recovery principles are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.
• Facilitate recovery-focused groups covering relapse prevention, coping skills, and emotional regulation.
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing recovery support.
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care across providers.
