Job summary

Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health in Garner, North Carolina, seeks a Clinical Services Manager to assist the department Director with daily operations, planning, and evaluation of clinical care systems. You will lead the clinical team and ensure safe, effective treatment, including psychosocial assessments and discharge planning.

A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology is required, along with active state licensure, CPR and de-escalation certification, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure for independent practice required.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director with day-to-day clinical operations and program oversight.
• Supervise clinical staff and guide care delivery per treatment plans.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and documentation.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and contingency planning.
• Provide direct care as needed and participate in program development.
