Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with day-to-day operations of the clinical department.
• Supervise clinical staff and guide clinical programming and treatment expectations.
• Lead counseling programs including psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality of care.
• Provide clinical consultation and supervision as needed.
• Occasionally provide direct patient care when required.
