Job summary

The Southeastern Life Center in Washington, NC seeks a Supervisor/Team Leader to oversee clinical operations for SACOT/SAIOP/MOUD services. You will supervise the team, assign staff, ensure adherence to policy, and maintain program integrity while coordinating assessments and PCP development.

The role requires a Master’s degree in human services, at least one year of supervisory experience with MH/SUD populations, and at least three years of clinical experience in substance use disorder

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services-related field is required.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience working with MH/SUD diagnosis is required.
• Three years of clinical experience with Substance Use Disorder Treatment is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and group for recipients served by the team.
• Designate appropriate team staff to apply specialized clinical expertise as indicated.
• Implementation and monitoring of ASAM levels of care, Matrix Model, Illness Management and Recovery, MOUD, Dimensions of Wellness and CBT.
• Provide, coordinate, and oversee initial and ongoing assessments of clients’ clinical needs.
• Develop and implement individualized supervision plans for team members.
• Provide clinical supervision of all team members for the service.
• Determine team caseload by acuity and client needs.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings.
• Monitor and evaluate services, interventions, and activities.
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to team interventions.
• Develop relapse prevention and disease management strategies.
• Psychoeducation for clients and families about diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment.
• Perform Intensive Case Management linking services and referrals.
• Participate in PCP initial and revisions; ensure PCP implementation.
• Spend time at service locations as required.
• Participate in first-responder on-call system 24/7/365.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain communication and standardize procedures.
• Conduct investigations into incidents with risk concerns.
• Ensure timely authorizations and notify parties of denials/modifications.
• Monitor service utilization within policy limits and PCP requirements.
• Coordinate discharge planning and post-discharge resources.
• Serve as liaison between company, clients, guardians, agencies and community.

Education

Master’s degree in human services-related field
