Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with implant process ownership or development, or equivalent military/industry experience.
• Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and apply Agentic AI for workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own process development, specifications, control plans, and inline metrics.
• Drive yield and defect improvements through data analysis and root cause techniques.
• Lead process change reviews, risk assessments, and qualifications for new or optimized processes.
• Collaborate with equipment engineering, integration, and vendors to ensure process-tool alignment.
• Enhance cycle time and learning speed via inline metrology and data-driven monitoring.
