Intuitive Surgical is seeking a U.S. ION Endoluminal Sales Associate to drive early adoption of the Ion platform, support new user programs, and help build KOL networks that demonstrate clinical and economic value.

The role requires sales experience, strong collaboration with hospital staff, and travel up to 60%. You will work with regional teams to promote safe, effective use and contribute to broader minimally invasive care initiatives.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Proven record of achievement and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in a changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and be located near a major airline hub.

Mansioni

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through their learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, attend first case series and development of teams and programs.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with ESRs to integrate Ion at new customer sites, ensuring ongoing commitment to and utilization of the system.
• Facilitate critical user and procedural data capture to create QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams for alignment with stakeholders.
• Routinely manage administrative tasks, SFDC management, expense reports, and related duties.
