Veeco is seeking a Product Support Engineer, Ion Beam New Product Introduction, to support new product development and launch readiness from a service perspective. You will bridge design, manufacturing, and field teams, ensuring documentation, training, and field readiness are in place for Ion Beam systems and sources.

The role involves travel, collaboration across functions, and delivering field-ready specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical support, field service, or product support for semiconductor equipment.
• Strong background in ion beam systems, vacuum environments, and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Represent Service requirements throughout the product lifecycle during NPI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch new products and services.
• Develop expertise in Veeco Ion Beam systems and sources and related subsystems.
