Veeco is seeking an Engineering Program Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI), to lead cross-functional programs translating customer needs into production-ready semiconductor equipment. You will collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Field Service to move products from concept through validation, design release, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex engineering/NPI programs across disciplines.
• Preferred PMP certification and semiconductor capital equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned NPI programs from Marketing identification through production readiness and closeout.
• Coordinate scope, objectives, requirements, milestones, dependencies and success criteria.
• Own the integrated plan and cadence; manage tracking, risks, and cross-functional follow-through.
• Drive readiness reviews and ensure cross-functional teams reach product-readiness goals.
