Qualifications

• BSc with 5+ years in thin film technologies or similar equipment.
• MSc in physics, engineering or chemistry with 3+ years of related experience.
• PhD candidates considered with limited professional experience.
• Equivalent mix of academic background and practical experience considered.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing or management capacity.
• Familiarity with semiconductor devices and process integration is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to refine application performance on ion beam platforms.
• Demonstrate and validate developments to advance product concepts.
• Promote best known methods for process control and continuous improvement.
• Stay proficient in ion beam hardware and diagnostics for safety and efficiency.
