Veeco Instruments Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Product Support Engineer focused on Ion Beam NPI launches. You will bridge design, manufacturing and field service to ensure service readiness, train technicians, and deliver dependable documentation and procedures.

You will develop system and sub-system expertise, support installations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to minimize launch risks and maximize field success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years in technical support, field service, or engineering support for semiconductor or vacuum equipment.
• Strong technical background in ion beam systems, vacuum tech, and related processes; ability to work across engineering, manufacturing and service teams.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Service requirements throughout the product lifecycle during NPI and launch readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to introduce new products and service solutions.
• Develop expertise in Veeco Ion Beam Systems and Sources and related processes.
• Create and improve service documentation, procedures, and training content.
• Provide on-site training and support during installations, upgrades, and early adoption.
• Trail and manage launch deliverables, risks, and field readiness activities.
