Qualifications

• Equivalent mix of academic background and practical experience considered.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing or management capacity.
• Familiarity with semiconductor devices and process integration is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with analytical abilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in thin film technologies or similar equipment.
• Master of Science degree in physics, engineering, or chemistry with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Candidates holding a PhD with limited professional experience will be considered.
• We are open to reviewing applicants who possess an equivalent mix of academic background and practical experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing or management capacity.
• Familiarity with semiconductor devices and process integration within memory or logic fabrication is a plus.
• A solid grasp of thin film deposition hardware and processes is highly valued.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset paired with strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear information exchange.

Travel Requirements

• Expect occasional travel up to 25%, primarily within the country with some potential for international trips.
