Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, has an onsite role in Tucson requiring a Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. You will oversee a multi-billion dollar contract, guiding a 150+ engineer team to deliver advanced RF seeker system solutions.

The role focuses on engineering leadership, program execution, and collaboration with customer facilities to satisfy stringent requirements and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and ERBs/CCBs.
• Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical execution to complete scope in a multi-million contract.
• Lead as engineering member of program leadership to achieve milestones.
• Direct a team of 150+ engineers to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee advanced algorithm and software development and qualification activities.
• Design and integrate a captive flight test system on the host platform to demonstrate operations.
• Coordinate with customer facilities to complete development and integration tests.
• Lead communications with senior leadership up to VP level internal and external.
