Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Systems Engineer in the SE&T Discipline to drive lifecycle engineering of complex battlefield systems. You will update requirements, develop CONOPS, integrate hardware and software, and support testing from planning through verification.

This 100% on-site role may travel up to 25%, requires a STEM master's and experience in requirements, integration, and test. Eligible for relocation benefits; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained by start date.
• Experience with systems requirements, systems integration, systems test, systems software, and/or systems hardware.

Responsibilities

• Update, develop, maintain, and improve requirements, CONOPS, and define system interfaces.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems.
