Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of invoicing/billing experience or similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Writing invoices for large company contracts.
• Checking invoices for accuracy and sending to clients promptly.
• Managing databases and payment systems; verifying client information.
• Listing due amounts and itemized goods/services; charging accurate tax; deducting discounts.
• Creating invoice packages with supporting documentation.
