Kalmbach Feeds is seeking an invoicing specialist to interface with customer service, accounts receivable, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely daily invoicing. The role emphasizes problem solving in a high-energy environment and requires attention to detail.

The successful candidate will build relationships with customers and internal teams, handle non-routine transactions, issue credits and re-bills, and participate in process improvements. Office is in Upper Sandusky, OH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1-2 years accounting experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication.
• Detail-oriented with robust investigation and follow-up skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Relationship building with customers and sales teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations to ensure timely tasks.
• Assist with non-routine transactions, researching orders, invoices, deliveries, credits and re-bills.
• Engage in process improvement discussions related to invoicing functions.
• Complete processes required to generate daily invoices.
• Commute to the corporate office in Upper Sandusky, OH.
