Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of experience in data entry, logistics, or a warehouse environment.
• Basic proficiency using Microsoft Excel and computerized data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Process daily receiving documentation and verify packing lists against PO requirements.
• Execute inventory and material transactions, including stock movements and reclassifications.
• Verify and enter material traceability data into BOMs and tracking spreadsheets.
• Maintain records for MTRs, Certificates of Compliance, and MSOs.
• Update production job status by processing travelers and time entries.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
