Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, networking, and end-user devices in corporate and field environments.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field-based systems, including frac and data van connectivity.
• Monitor system performance, apply updates, and ensure security/operational standards.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate documentation of processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline support workflows and improve user experience.
• Support training initiatives and contribute to knowledge base materials.
• Perform other duties to support operations and continuity.
